WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

I know that we are making a difference in our patients’ lives at Alliance. We are giving them hope to be able to live a relatively normal life without pain.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

The best compliment I have received is praise for my patience with our patients and taking the time to listen to their problems.

WHICH ALLIANCE VALUE (COMPASSION, RESPECT, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, & SERVICE) BEST REFLECTS YOUR QUALITY OF WORK AND WHY?

There are two values that impact my work day: compassion and integrity. Having compassion for our patients is very important. Being in pain is not fun, and I can relate to that. Also, having integrity for my work is very important to me. I value being honest and keeping my word.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

I was the neighborhood babysitter, which was such a fun job for me. We had a makeshift fort for the kids and me to watch movies, play cards, and tell ghost stories.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

I love being outside and visiting my favorite park. It has big trees, waterfalls, and long hikes. Being one with nature is such a freeing feeling for me.

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW.

My uncle owned an auto shop that catered to large trucks (16 -18 wheelers). I used to help with changing the tires and oil on them. At first, it was a bit scary. However, after I learned the proper techniques, it became easy for me to do.
