What is your favorite part of working at Alliance?

I love the fact that Alliance treats everyone like family even though it’s a corporate organization. I have never felt that I was just a number for Alliance.

What is the best compliment you have received from an Alliance colleague?

The best compliment I have received is that I am easy to get along and work with.

Which Alliance Value (Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Excellence, & Service) best reflects your quality of work and why?

The value that most closely aligns or resonates with me is ‘Respect’. My parents have always taught me that no matter where you come from or what your background is, always treat everyone with respect. I have always followed this philosophy in my life and treat everyone with respect.

What was your first job?

I worked at an audit firm doing inventory counts.

What are your favorite things to do outside the office?

I love to read, do puzzles, travel and spend time with my family.

What's a fun fact about yourself that most of your co-workers probably don't know?

I am an only child.
