WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

My favorite part of working at Alliance is gaining remarkable leadership skills from unmatched and unparalleled leaders. Undoubtedly, Alliance puts an immense amount of effort into the growth and development of their employees, which is astonishing.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

The best compliment that I have received from an Alliance colleague is that I have a beautiful spirit and I am very hardworking.

The Alliance value that best reflects my quality of work is integrity. As the Coding Team Lead, I ensure that all claims sent to insurance carriers are coded ethically with honesty, fairness, and integrity.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

In high school, I worked as a cashier at a local supermarket.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

My favorite things to do outside of the office are encouraging and uplifting loved ones and doing things that bring a sense of joy and relaxation.

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW?

A fun fact about me is that I love all shades of green, which is ironic because my middle name is Jade.
