What is your favorite part of working at Alliance?

My favorite part of working with Alliance Spine and Pain is having the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team where everyone brings unique ideas and perspectives. It makes the work more engaging and often leads to more effective solutions. I also appreciate that Alliance encourages continuous development and provides the space to take on new challenges, which keeps me motivated and growing professionally.

What is the best compliment you have received from an Alliance colleague?

During my first yearly evaluation, my RA and supervisor shared that my dedication had truly made a difference in Douglasville. They emphasized that my efforts hadn’t gone unnoticed and highlighted the potential they saw in me. That moment really motivated me to keep pushing forward, knowing that my contributions were valued and that there were greater things ahead. 

Which Alliance Value (Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Excellence, & Service) best reflects your quality of work and why?

I would say Respect, Integrity, Excellence, and Service. I demonstrate respect by being an active listener and allowing others to speak without interruption. I acknowledge and give credit where it’s due, value others’ time by being punctual, and approach conflict with professionalism and a constructive mindset. 

I prioritize honesty in all my communications, even when the truth is difficult to share. I take responsibility for my mistakes and actively work to correct them. I avoid unethical behavior and treat everyone with fairness and impartiality.

I strive to be approachable, supportive, and solution-oriented. I treat every customer with dignity and care, and I consistently follow through on my commitments. 

What was your first job?

My first job here at Alliance was at the front desk, where I gained valuable experience in customer service and daily operations. My first job, in general, was at a video rental store, where I kept records and collected money from rented videos and returns for the store. 

What are your favorite things to do outside the office?

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, biking, and exploring walking trails.
