WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART OF WORKING AT ALLIANCE?

Alliance is a company that wants to hear from its employees. It’s not often that you can work for a company of such magnitude and feel like you have a voice, and that voice matters.

WHAT IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU HAVE RECEIVED FROM AN ALLIANCE COLLEAGUE?

Acknowledgment is crucial, especially when accomplishing challenging tasks against the odds. Often, the complexities involved in completing tasks aren't black and white. I usually spare at what lengths it takes to reach favorable outcomes, but when someone does recognize the effort, it makes it all worth it.

Excellence. I don't claim to know it all; instead, I embrace learning something new each day. I give my all into what I do and I share that same outlook within my department. I believe in being results driven and working towards the best outcome for any aspect of a task that I am involved in. I show up daily with “Excellence” on my mind.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST JOB?

My first job was at Mickey D's.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?

My favorite thing to do outside of the office is travel!

WHAT’S A FUN FACT ABOUT YOURSELF THAT MOST OF YOUR CO-WORKERS DON’T KNOW?

I really like adventure, whether it's embracing heights, exploring amusement parks, or seeking a good thrill! Additionally, I am quite crafty.
