Dr. Colón-Conde was born in Puerto Rico. He received his degrees in biology and industrial microbiology at the University of Puerto Rico. After completing his studies there, he obtained his medical degree at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus.

He received his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the San Juan VA Medical Center. He also completed a fellowship in interventional pain management at the National Spine and Pain Centers.

Dr. Colón-Conde enjoys communicating with patients and finding out their needs. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
