General Orthopedist & Spine Treatment
Facet disc herniations, compression fractures, spondylosis, sacrolitis -- these are common conditions we treat. We can offer real pain relief with steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, nerve blocks. Steroid injections also help with failed back syndrome.
For disc herniation, we perform transformaminal epidurals at the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar level. We can also evaluate patients for cervical management, as necessary.
For compression fractures -- T4 and below -- we offer vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty. For spondylosis and sacrolitis, we offer radiofrequency ablation and injections directly into the pain source.

Cardiologist & Spine Treatment
We can evaluate patients for spinal stenosis when they show symptoms of peripheral vascular disease -- but no evidence in their arterial brachial index (ABI). If stenosis is mild, we can provide effective treatment with epidural injections. If pain is moderate to severe, epidural injections can relieve pain before spinal surgery.
Oncologist & Pain Treatment
For pancreatic cancer patients, we provide celiac plexus blocks to block nerves to the abdomen. We also implant intrathecal drug pain pumps for terminally ill patients.
We provide a variety of nerve blocks for any regional pain condition. We also offer sedated bone biopsy and vertebroplaty treatment for compression fractures.
If you treat pediatric patients, trust us. Dr. Fowler's residency involved cancer treatment of young patients. He understands their special needs.
Podiatrists & Pain Treatment
Patients with radiculopathy can benefit from epidural injections or selective nerve root blocks.
For patients with peripheral neuropathy, including diabetic neuropathy, we implant peripheral nerve stimulators.
We also treat Reflex Dystrophy Syndrome with intravenous (IV) sympathetic nerve blocks, peripheral nerve stimulation, or spinal cord stimulation.
Rheumatologist & Spine Treatment
Patients with ankylosing spondylitis can benefit from treatment with facet injections and radiofrequency ablation.
Because rheumatologists often see patients with a combination of arthritis and osteoporosis, we can offer vertebral fracture treatments – vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty.

Neurologists & Spine Treatment
We treat cervical, thoracic, and lumbar radiculopathy with selective nerve root blocks and epidural steroid injections. For patients with peripheral and diabetic neuropathy, we can implant a peripheral nerve stimulator. Steroid injections also help patients with failed back syndrome.
We treat Reflex Dystrophy Syndrome with IV sympathetic blocks, peripheral nerve stimulation or spinal cord stimulation.
We perform lumbar punctures for any abnormality of the spine, spinal fluid, and brain (including spinal meningitis). We also provide lumbar punctures in emergent situations -- the same day, according to physician's orders.
All procedures, including lumbar punctures, occur while the patient is sedated.

Orthopedic Spine Neurosurgery
We treat both radiculopathy and spondylosis with facet injections and radiofrequency ablation.
For patients who need spinal cord stimulation, we can implant either an Advance Bionics and Medtronics device in the spinal column.
Steroid injections can help patients with failed back syndrome. Patients with spinal stenosis can get epidural steroid injections before surgery.

Primary Care
and Internal Medicine Physicians
We can help your chronic pain patients -- those with low back pain, neck or cervical pain, headaches and migraines, vertebral compression fractures. Patients who have failed previous back surgeries can also get pain relief.
Chronic or low back pain, pinched nerves, sciatica disc herniations, arthritis in the neck and low back, spondolysis -- these can be treated with epidural steroid injections, facet injections, or radiofrequency ablation that reaches the nerve root of the pain. We can also implant spinal cord stimulators when necessary.
Patients with headaches can benefit from occipital nerve blocks, trigger point injections, epidural injections, and radiofrequency ablation. For vertebral fractures, we offer two procedures -- vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty -- to relieve pain and build bone.
